The Site has a number of currencies, being AED, SAR, USD, GBP, EURO and automatically the currency that we are delivering too will indicate the currency. The Site clearly shows the logo of the accepted cards on the home page.
The products are converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate, as indicated by at the beginning of the month or when the product is included on the Site. Therefore, the product pricing is open to fluctuations depending on the exchange rate at the time, these changes will be indicated on the Site.
Hybella will be on payment gateway with the limited use cash on delivery (COD) for united Arab Emirates only. Any refund on COD will be offered in a gift card ONLY, no cash alternative is possible and will not be possible in any circumstances.
COD is being provided as a good will gesture service in order to give the customer the full experience of the Hybella purchasing journey.
Other payment will be included, Visa and Mastercard. The payment card hold is subject to validation and credit checks as and when, if necessary, required by the payment gateway issuer. Before making a purchase ensure you are the payment card holder or have the full authorisation by the owner of the card to make the payment. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Management, employees, not limited, take no responsibility, of any unauthorised transactions on the payment card being used by You.
Your purchase transaction will only be authorised and accepted for delivery once full payment has been fulfilled. If the issuer of your payment declines the transaction, consider your transaction as unsuccessful and no delivery of product(s) will be made to you.
All online payment gateways on the Site are processed using a secure online platform that encrypts our details in a secure host environment. HyBella, will not and not limited too, get involved with dealing, sorting or negotiating payment transactions between you, the payment gate merchant and or your bank, credit card service provider or any third party provider.
At Hybella, due care and attention is applied for all details of payments to be secure and smooth. If by any means there is any form of negligence on our part, Hybella can not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if the third party gains unauthorised access to you data.
Refund / Return policy
Hybella WILL NOT refund for customised made or customised stitching products as these are made with your specific measurements.
For ready made products (fully stitched) in the absence of the customer not being fully satisfied with their purchase then the goods need to be returned at your cost, unused, in its full original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. A refund of full refund will be offered of the cost of item only deducting the shipping and courier. Only in the UAE, an option of our courier at a cost of AED35 will pick up the product, it will be inspected and subject to approval before the refund is accepted.
Options after Return:
You can choose to do one of the following
1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website
2. Request a coupon code / gift card of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code / gift card,, you can select anything on the website upto the returned value.
3. Request a refund. We will do a direct refund to the card through which payment was completed. In case the payment was done with cash, a gift card will be the only option.
Can I cancel the Order?
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 10 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified of the same.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address can be revised after the order has been placed successfully but needs to be notified within 24 hours of the transaction being completed.
All shipping costs, delivery costs will be clearly stated on the checkout
All countries have their own jurisdictions with import and custom duties, these costs will be born by you as the customer.
We continue to operate during the Covid-19 crisis. However, there may be a delay in delivery of your items due to lock down restrictions. We endeavor to delivery to you within 3 to 12 days.

Every time you visit Hybella, information is sent from your browser to our server log files, where it will be saved. The information transferred includes: time and date or visit to our site, which pages were viewed, IP address, URL of site that referred you to Hybella, how much information has been stored and which browser you have been using.
Once we have all this information, all IP addresses are deleted or anonymised. Anonymisation means that your IP address is changed in such a way that they either cannot be linked with the original user or can only be linked through extensive research.
The anonymous information stored in this log file is then used to improve the shopping experience on the website by making our navigation more user-friendly, finding errors quickly and directing our server’s capacity to where it is needed most.
