HyBella is an online digital platform to sale clothing, products and accessories “products”. To purchase any products from HyBella we require you to either register or provide your email address so we can fulfill the rules and regulations of the land and manage a smooth and efficient transaction for all concerned.

The Site reserves the full right to change, modify, add or remove parts of the terms and conditions. The Management of Hybella also has the right to amend, update price changes and will become effective on the terms and conditions once posted on the Site. Please check these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for updates and modifications. Your continued use of the Site confirms your acceptance of the most update Terms and Conditions.

HyBella has the right to not accept your order, and not limited to, if a product is or has become out of stock before the Site has been updated, we are unable to obtain authorization from the payment provider. We intend to make every effort to ensure the details on the Site are accurate and up-to-date, however, if a discovery is made of an error in pricing or details we will let you know as soon as possible. HyBella is under no obligations to accept or fulfill an order that was advertised incorrectly either in pricing or details.

HyBella has the full rights to cancel the order in full or partial, at the full discretion of high management and notify you within a set period of time of 30 days. If you have already paid for the goods we will refund you the full amount once the product has been returned in its full packaging, all tags and labels, in an usable condition and received by HyBella.

Hybella has full and sole discretion to accept, reject, cancel, amend any purchases by you at any time of the transaction process. Hybella has the right to refuse a refund request / claim after 7 days of purchase. and or, the item is not in its correct packaging, if the item has been used, worn, damaged, tags missing, and not limited too.

Hybella has the full and sole discretion to refuse a refund claim made for any non dress product after 24 to 48 hours of purchase / payment.

Hybella has the full right and discretion to not accept a claim of a refund. For the following products, modelling, model, makeup artist, catwalk class(s), etiquette classes, training, customized dresses, shoes and accessories, portfolio, fashion show, publications and fashion / creative designers for fashion show / events, where a /or sessions or expenses have been incurred / availed no refund is possible. Cooling off period for cancellation is 24 to 48 hours of payment / purchase being made. A 100% refund is due within 24 to 48 hours of payment.

On the discretion of management if refund has been honoured after the cooling off period, management will deduct 10% for admin and cancellation charges as well as any sessions, classes, promotion expense that has been incurred.

Hybella higher management wishes to express for clients and customers to understand and appreciate the hard work that goes into making the experience enjoyable for all our clients. These products are customised, costs and promotion has been incurred, and therefore, Hybella and higher management have the full discretion to refuse, reject, cancel, and amend. and not limited to,. any other product, by the of senior management discretion within the Hybella Global group. This also includes any sister companies, brother companies, partners and associate within the Hybella Global Group.

For specific products such as training classes, model portfolio, please note by attending modeling / catwalk classes, it does not mean the person is fully trained to become a catwalk model. Events are by selection only and payment, collaboration, service is at the sole discretion of the management.

Covid 19 rules and regulations. We are in unfortunate times, and with uncertainty, with rules and regulations being changed, we comply with all rules and regulations set by the authorities and decisions are made in accordance. Hybella has the sole right to change, amend, reschedule and cancel events, classes, sessions, delivery, and not limited to, in order to comply with the rules and regulations and for the betterment of health and safety of its clients. Hybella will honor with reschedule dates and sessions in line with rules and regulations and when deemed necessary. Hybella wishes to express, We are all responsible, and for clients, vendors and stakeholders to appreciate and understand Hybella and management holds high values and principles.
